Replies and live chat under your articles
Safe replies, everything logged. 90% less manual work.
A reply block with live chat on your own pages. Spam and abuse are held back automatically, a person finishes the doubtful cases, and a monthly report shows what happened. Never “100% clean”, never “the AI decides”.

This is what it looks like
HangLobby × your site
A header with your room name, "x speaking · y listening", the latest messages and one button: "Join in as …". All in an isolated frame that never blocks your page.
The problem
Replies bring engagement and traffic, but they cost an editorial team hours a day: spam, abuse, and since the DSA also the duty to act quickly and to show that you did. Free reply systems do no moderation in your own language and keep no record; the platforms for large publishers cost thousands a month.
What you get
- A reply block and live chat under your articles (WordPress block or one snippet), with the sign-in of your own site.
- Automatic pre-sorting into three trays: published · doubt for a person · hidden only at high certainty, with a reason and a route to appeal.
- Spam rules without AI: repetition, the same link in several places, and pace per connection and per website.
- One line of explanation for every doubtful case, with a suggestion — you decide.
- A dashboard with tiles from real counts and a queue you handle in three clicks.
- A monthly report for your records and your lawyer: page, CSV, PDF and mail. Without message content.
What it does not promise
- No “100% clean”: a classifier has doubt, and exactly that doubt goes to a person.
- No “the AI decides”: hiding happens only at high certainty, always with a reason and an appeal that reaches a person.
- No legal guarantee of DSA compliance. What it does support: acting fast, every decision recorded with a reason, an appeal route and a fixed contact point.
- No tracking, no advertising, and nothing your readers write is sold on.
Three shapes
Article conversation (compact, tied to one page), community panel (recent topics and a live session) and a full community page on your own route.
Sign-in from your own site
Free for your public room: with the WordPress plugin (or your own server) members of your site pick a nickname and join in without a second account. The link applies only to your room; we get no e-mail address and no roles. Linking a private room belongs to Own room.
Your own branding and domain
With Own room you choose colours and a logo, and the room can run on your own (sub)domain, with sign-in on that domain.
Moderation stays with you
Hosts and moderators of your room decide; automatic signals help, a person decides, and every measure has a reason and a route to appeal.
No tracking of your visitors
The loader is small (under 15 KB), loads only when the frame comes into view and sets no cookies on your site. What a visitor does in the chat stays with the chat.
How to start
Create a room, open "Embedding" in the room settings and paste the code snippet — or install the WordPress plugin and pick your room there.
Price
From €24 per month for small sites and associations, €79 for news sites, and €149 or a custom price for larger sites, broadcasters and municipalities. A 30-day trial month is part of the payment path.
All plans
There are no customer figures here: those come once the first site has a monthly report. Everything above exists and is tested; the figures for your own site are in your dashboard.
Questions about the law
Is this “DSA compliant”?
We do not promise that as a legal guarantee. What the product supports: acting quickly on reports (with the times in the monthly report), every decision recorded with a reason, an appeal that reaches a person, and a fixed contact point through the queue. What you arrange yourself: your own house rules, your contact page and the review by your lawyer.
Who decides a doubtful case?
A person. The automatic check publishes what is clearly fine, hides only at high certainty with a reason for the writer, and puts doubt in front of you with the rule, the score and one line of explanation. You choose whether doubtful messages stay visible in the meantime or wait.
What does the writer see?
Why their message is waiting or hidden, in plain words, and one appeal that reaches a person. Never a silent deletion.
What is in the monthly report?
Per month: published, automatically hidden, seen by a person, average and longest waiting time, appeals and reversals, reports and the share handled within 24 hours, moderator activity. Never message content, visitor names or e-mail addresses. As a page, CSV, PDF and by mail.
Does what my readers write go to an AI company?
Only the text of a message in a public conversation goes to the classifier for the check and, when in doubt, to the explanation line — without a name or ID. Private conversations and direct messages never do. There is no tracking and no advertising.
Questions about spam and signing in
Does this really stop spam?
Spam is recognised without AI as well: repeated and near-identical messages, the same text from several accounts, the same link in several rooms or from several new accounts, links from accounts younger than a day, and pace per connection and per website. Every rule can be explained and is shown as the reason with the message.
Can readers sign in with their account on my site?
Yes, with the website sign-in through the WordPress plugin or a small endpoint on your server. We get no e-mail address and no role from your site; the sign-in applies only to your linked conversation.
How strict is it?
Three settings: mild, normal and strict, per site. Very serious categories always wait for a person at the least; self-harm is never hidden automatically — that is where a person should look.
What if the AI fails?
Then the rules and the people simply carry on; new accounts wait a moment, the rest goes through. The queue says so honestly: “temporarily off”.
